The contents on this website samhatiabasan.yolasite.com including its design, text content, images, audio, video and such other information as may be available herein is individually and collectively the exclusive property of Samhati Abasan Durgotsav Committee, hereinafter referred to as the committee; and is maintained and updated from time to time by the TPRO. The committee is bound by limited liability clauses of the "end-user-license-agreement" of the providers of this "free-of-cost" website. The logo, names and design, used by the committee for its' identification, as adopted from time to time is the exclusive property of the committee and use thereof in whatever form - print, digital, impression or otherwise is strictly restricted to authorised committee members only.

RESOURCE USAGE POLICY
Any collection, commercial or non-commercial usage, storage, unauthorized dissemination, publication or imitation of any such information whether wholly or in part(s), in any form - digital, printed or otherwise, by any person, including, but not restricted to artificial personalities, not expressly authorised to collect, store, use, modify or delete such information, is strictly prohibited, without such express permission of a competent member of the committee and any violation of the above prohibition shall attract appropriate legal action under copyright, information technology and cyber security laws of the Republic of India, actionable within the jurisdiction where the committee is situate.

Committee is a not-for-profit entity. Nothing said or done by the committee is for any commercial gain whatsoever.

Committee circulates its publications among bonafide residents and relations and thereby neither intends nor makes any profit out of any publication. All proceeds from this head is utilized for celebrating the event of Sharodiya Durgotsav in full glory of Maa Durga with bonafide residents, near relations, advertisers and friends.
